A Class Action complaint was filed against Johnson & Johnson Consumer Co., Inc. on July 2, 2015 in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County alleging the defendants engaged in false and misleading advertising when it labeled Bedtime Bath and Bedtime Lotion products as being clinically proven to help babies sleep better when the product or products when used in conjunction with a soothing bedtime routine. The complaint states these assertions are present not only on the products’ labels but also on television, magazines and the internet.
