About The Class Action Lawsuit Against Abbott Laboratories
A Class Action complaint was filed against Abbott Laboratories on May 15, 2015 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York alleging the defendant engaged in false and misleading advertising when it labeled its Similac® Advance Organic Infant Formula as organic. Plaintiffs allege over half of the ingredients in the “Organic” formula contain substances prohibited in organic foods.
